Large Multinational Electronic Production Company is searching for Statutory Accountant

Responsibilities:
Assists in calculating amounts of tax payments by Company (VAT, profit tax and others) according to Russian tax legislation. Coordinates the work on VAT return
Assists in keeping of General Ledger and ensuring transactions on related to it accounts (credits, costs, fixed assets, capital expenditures, cash, etc.) according to RAS and GAAP
Assists in preparation of reports to tax authorities, assists to Chief Accountant at tax reviews
Provides ongoing monitoring of changes in RAS and Russian tax legislation, prepares relevant recommendations for review of internal Company’s accounting procedures
Advises Company employees and accountants on statutory accounting
Prepares non-standard accounting reports if needed
Prepares any comments or additions to performed reporting in the specialized area

Requirements:
Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
Experience in preparation of accounting reports. Knowledge of US GAAP. Good knowledge of Russian Tax Code
Professional experience with foreign companies is a plus
Advanced PC user (MS Office, etc.). Experienced user of SAP, Hyperion, Leger Link
