Western Top-10 pharm company Department: DRA/ Quality/Medical Reports to (Job Title): Head of the Department Job Purpose To support the sales, marketing and regulatory teams in Russia by providing medical evaluation and information in all our activities to ensure we meet/exceed our targets and we are compliant. To manage Rx-to-OTC Switch projects together with the Russian Strategy team. Major Accountabilities Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders, plans the work with KOLs and develops good relationship with KOLs and medical society to support NCH OTC brands Support the local Marketing and Sales teams with the Medical content, producing high quality detailing and training materials and development of brands promo-tional and communication material. Offers medical advice to internal and external customers on NCH brands and pro-vides medical training as required. Be “OTCAskMe” champion for the Russia (be contact person for this global knowledge database). Designs/organizes local clinical trials as required in cooperation with Global Med-ical Department Skills Must demonstrate outstanding people leadership capabilities Must demonstrate cross functional expertise Experience and ability to work in a highly complex and matrix environment Must have demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking expertise, as well as abil-ity to influence senior management decision making Strong relationship building skills, an effective communicator and negotiator Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building and negotiation skills and listening skills Good knowledge of English BackgroundEducation : University Degree – Medical or Pharmacological. Scientific degree is a plus. Languages: Russian, excellent or good English Experience: 3- 5 years medical/ medical marketing experience gained in international /western leading company, OTC business is preferable; Mature and successful individual known and recognized in medical community, natural team player, needs to speak Russian and English. Strong communication skills and high ethical standards, can demonstrate the considerable achievements in his professional field.
