CFO (Chief Financial Officer) → Insurance → Vacancies

Main role and responsibilities include:

— Leads the finance and accounting function of all the Group’s entities
— Ensure accurate and timely reporting under US GAAP
— Liaise with external and internal auditors
— Budgets preparation and reporting to the Board of Directors
— Oversees the investment management and treasury functions
— Acts as Group’s financial representative and negotiator with external financial entities, groups and institutions
— Directs the development and supervises implementation and monitors all planning, budgeting and supporting processes
— Implementation and monitoring of internal controls procedures
— Implementation of ERP
— Ensure effective tax management

Requirements:

— Western accounting qualification such as CPA / ACCA/ CIMA
— It is desirable that the CFO has previous financial experience in «big four» or in multinational companies
— Strategic financial management and project management
— Strong analytical skills
— Excellent verbal/written communication skills
— Deadline and process-oriented
— Strong planning and organizational skills, consistency in following through to resolve outstanding issues
— Ability to manage efficiently diverse workloads and multiple tasks
— Strong interpersonal skills, experienced in interacting with people from various levels and backgrounds
— Leadership skills and ability to manage staff efficiently and to provide guidance and development plans for them
— Experience in ERP implementation
— Fluent English
